Joseph Drasin

Joseph Drasin holds a Doctorate of Management from University of Maryland, University College, and is currently the Assistant Vice President, Service Strategy at University of Maryland’s Division of Information Technology. Dr. Drasin’s expertise has been developed over a 20-year career in organizational development, process engineering, enterprise system planning and implementation, technology leadership and strategy, and change management. He has consulted with many public and private organizations where he works to identify shared objectives and facilitates cross-organizational process designs to break down existing technological and organizational silos. Before coming to Maryland, he was a consultant at Business Intelligence, where he helped public and private organizations better plan and execute large scale organizational change.
