Going Digital: PRDs in Workday
The Performance Review and Development (PRD) process is moving to Workday. Beginning this spring, all employees and managers will complete their performance review process digitally via Workday. No more paper!
Join us for a Zoom Webinar session to learn more about what the PRD process will look like in Workday. UHR’s Staff Relations and Workday Enterprise Services teams will review what is changing and what is staying the same. There will also be allotted time to answer participant questions.

Workday Virtual Office Hours are sessions for Workday users to come and ask questions about how to complete tasks or find information in Workday. Sessions are designed for specific audiences.

Dear Campus Community,
In a matter of weeks, the Elevate Program will transition our Human Resource (Human Capital Management) and Finance systems to Workday. This important effort will modernize the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems at the University of Maryland, College Park as well as for our partners at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science, and the University System of Maryland Office.

Events
The Elevate Program hosts regular events to keep our community informed on our progress with Workday and aid in overall readiness. We hold Town Hall webinars on a regular cadence, during which leadership provides an update on our progress in implementing Workday and answers questions.
