Due to updates agreed upon in the most recent MOU, Bargaining Acting positions receive an acting allowance effective 21 days after the employee is working in the position. For full details on the most recent MOU see the UHR website.

When processing a change to an acting position within the bargaining unit at UMCP and UMES, the HR Analyst receives a Task to enter an acting allowance effective 21 days after the employee has been working in the acting position.
