Four new finance reports are now available that provide:
- current month actuals
- revenues and expenses (net) by driver worktag
- prior year-to-date
- obligations
- available balance
The new reports can be found in the UMD Top Financial Management Reports Dashboard in the Budget vs Actuals tab, and they are also listed and linked below:
- RPT345 FIN ACCT USource Driver Worktags by Org
- RPT3188 FIN ACCT Gift Driver Worktags by Org
- RPT3128 FIN ACCT Grant Driver Worktags by Org
- RPT3189 FIN ACCT Project Driver Worktags by Org
These reports can be run at an organization level to pull, based on your security, the driver worktags included in that org level.
Alternatively, the reports can be run for a specific driver worktag. For example, a specific USource in RPT345 FIN ACCT USource Driver Worktags by Org.
