Updates to Time Tracking Reports

You asked and we listened! We’ve created a new report to enable Timekeepers, Managers, HR Analysts, and HR Partners more visibility into time tracking within their units/divisions.

New Time Report:

  • RPT3187 TIME Time Tracking Audit
    • This new report enables you to view hours and time tracking information across all of the organizations you support including:
      • Worker Period Schedules
      • Position Work Shifts
      • Worker Time Entered, but not submitted
      • Worker Time Submitted
      • Worker Time Approved

Other Changes to Time Reports:

  • RPT1077 TIME Timesheets Awaiting My Approval
    • This report was designed for Managers to quickly identify which timesheets were awaiting their approval. Timekeepers would not receive any results.
    • Because of some of the changes to time approval announced at the beginning of the week, timekeepers will now receive results when running this report! 

Please note: Timekeepers will only be able to utilize this report to identify unapproved time submissions which were submitted for approval after November 26.
