You asked and we listened! We’ve created a new report to enable Timekeepers, Managers, HR Analysts, and HR Partners more visibility into time tracking within their units/divisions.
New Time Report:
- RPT3187 TIME Time Tracking Audit
- This new report enables you to view hours and time tracking information across all of the organizations you support including:
- Worker Period Schedules
- Position Work Shifts
- Worker Time Entered, but not submitted
- Worker Time Submitted
- Worker Time Approved

Other Changes to Time Reports:
- RPT1077 TIME Timesheets Awaiting My Approval
- This report was designed for Managers to quickly identify which timesheets were awaiting their approval. Timekeepers would not receive any results.
- Because of some of the changes to time approval announced at the beginning of the week, timekeepers will now receive results when running this report!
Please note: Timekeepers will only be able to utilize this report to identify unapproved time submissions which were submitted for approval after November 26.
