In the following table, you can explore the potential courses that you may take. Recommended Roles are the Workday security roles that will be recommended to take a course; Optional Roles are the Workday security roles for which a course is optional.

You will learn how to navigate within Workday, access your information, and complete tasks. You will also learn more about the additional Workday training available. Using Worktags This course helps you understand and identify worktags. Worktags are identifiers used to describe and categorize transactions and events in Workday. You will learn about the different types of worktags and how to search for and select worktags. All users with a Finance-related security role should take this course as a prerequisite. This is an optional course for typical users or users with a HCM-related security role. Enroll in Using Worktags.
Finding and Viewing Reports in Workday This course instructs you on how to find and view your available reports. In addition, you'll learn more about report functionality and Workday Worksheets so that you can get the information need, presented exactly how you need it. All users with a Finance- and/or HCM-related security role should take this course as a prerequisite. This is an optional course for the typical user.
