Welcome to Workday Student Future Ready: Key Changes.

Commencement 2024 with cap that says "My future is limitless"

As we prepare for our first Workday Student Go-Live Event in Summer of 2027 and subsequent go-live activities throughout 2028, we will provide information on this site that will prepare colleges, departments, units, and our individual community members to engage with planned changes for business processes and user experiences.

Each of the Future Ready pages will outline the change and why it is occurring, as well as an at-a-glance overview and future ready considerations for business process transformation and audience experiences.

As we get closer to Go-Live, additional details will be added, such as recommendations for website and communication updates as well as avenues for training and acquiring more information. Please visit this site early and often to stay up-to-date on how you can prepare for Workday Student which will become the university’s new student system of record beginning with a series of go-lives across 2027 and 2028.
