Workday Student Core Concepts introduce the key ideas that form the foundation of the system. These concepts include Business Processes, which outline how tasks move through Workday; User Roles, which define the different types of users and their experiences; Reporting, which provides access to real-time data and insights within the system;  Effective Dating, which allows changes to take effect on specific future or past dates; and Student Eligibility Rules, which determine the criteria that define who is permitted to perform specific actions—such as registering for a course or accessing certain tasks.
