Reporting
Please keep in mind this webpage is intended for learning purposes of Workday only. It is not a determination of how UMD intends on using the Student Onboarding functionality.
Reports in Workday Student will function consistently with the reporting capabilities currently available in Workday HCM and FIN. As a reminder, a report is a broad term Workday uses for viewing data. Users will be able to run a variety of reports based on their security roles when Workday Student goes live. There will be Standard Reports, pre-built and maintained by Workday, and Custom Reports, developed reports built and managed by UMD to address unique needs of UMD. Stakeholders of the Workday Student implementation will be able to leverage available reports to:
- View data online or export data
- View real time data or the latest data available
- Run reports on an as-needed basis or schedule to run on a recurring basis
- Print or save as PDFs and share
