Workday Core Concepts introduces the key ideas that form the foundation of the Workday Student.

These concepts include Effective Dating, which allows changes to take effect on specific future or past dates; Reporting, which provides access to real-time data and insights within the system; Student Eligibility Rules, which determine the criteria that define who is permitted to perform specific actions, such as registering for a course or accessing certain tasks; Business Processes, which outline how tasks move through Workday; and User Roles, which define the different types of users and their experiences.
