Learning Hubs
Learning Hubs are a great resource for users to learn more about different functional areas in Workday. Learning Hubs can include key tasks, terminology, frequently asked questions and job aids (simple, clear instructions on how to initiate Workday tasks).

Additional Guidance
- Supervisory Organization and Manager Changes - The deadline for supervisory organization and manager changes was 9/14. Changes requested by the deadline will be reflected in the system at Go Live but not in UMD10 or the Tableau Workday Training Dashboard prior to Go Live. Beginning November 15, you will be able to submit a case if new or additional changes are needed.
- Security Roles - Employees should have received their security roles (or the link to view their roles) in the automated training email from workdaytraining@umd.edu. The security team continues working through a high volume of security changes. If you believe additional changes are needed, work with your Project Implementation Team (PIT) Lead. They can help identify if changes have already been requested on your behalf as a part of the security audit and are in progress or if a case should be opened.
- Workday Training - We encourage you to please explore our website, which contains many frequently asked questions and resources, including Training FAQ.
- Readiness Tenant (UMD10) - We are in the process of building the Workday production tenant. During this time our priority is preparing for the November 15 Go Live. As a result we will not be addressing any questions or requested changes for data in the UMD10 Readiness Tenant. If a data issue identified in UMD10 continues to exist in Workday following Go Live, please submit a case at that time.
