Does Workday include all mandatory campus trainings?

Workday Learning is the one-stop-shop for employee development and compliance training and tracking, which includes mandatory campus trainings.

Will there be costs associated with using Workday Learning?

There is no additional cost to publish content to Workday Learning or make use of it as a training management system. However, some course owners may choose to collect a fee to attend their programs.

Will some courses have a fee to enroll? How will that be managed?

Yes, some courses will have enrollment fees. Employees can submit a Learning Payment Information Request and include the corresponding driver worktag - similar to how employees provide their KFS Account number when they register for courses today. Managers will have to approve those enrollments, which can be done directly in Workday. Learners will use the same Payment Information Request to indicate they wish to self-pay via credit card.

Will we continue to have access to LinkedIn Learning and, if so, will course completions be tracked in Workday?

Yes, institutions that currently have access to LinkedIn Learning (UMCP and USMO),can continue to access that. For UCMP and USMO employees, you can browse and start LinkedIn Learning courses directly from the Workday Learning catalog. Course completion data completed in LinkedIn after Go Live will be captured and tracked in Workday.
