As we announced last month, the Workday Go Live will now occur in November 2024. Given the new timeline, for some users it will have been a year or more since they completed some training courses. This delay between training and using Workday in November creates challenges in retaining the information learned, especially for more specialized course content. Over the past five months, the Elevate team has been working diligently to complete required testing on payroll integrations to prepare for the implementation of Workday.

This fall, we are transitioning our Human Resources and Finance systems to a new cloud-based system, Workday.
Training for this new system is launching in just one week on July 17, 2023! On-demand training courses, job aids, and learning hubs on the Elevate website will prepare all staff, faculty, and student workers for when Workday goes live on November 15, 2023.
