What Are Reports in Workday?
Workday delivers an extensive number of standard reports. In addition, the Elevate program has identified and built additional custom reports based on UMD’s specific requirements.

Who Has Access to Reports?
Report access is driven by security. Each user is granted a security role, and this determines what access to data they have in the system. In addition, some segments of data are confined to the Cost Center and Supervisory Organization assigned to the user.

Prompts
Prompts are selections that can be displayed prior to executing a report, if they have been enabled on that report.
Saved Filters
Workday offers the ability to save filters on custom reports. This allows you to save your prompt parameters to be used again.
Standard Reports
Reports that Workday creates and delivers to all Workday customers.
